Loved the Hong Kong chronicles, but somehow these random photo-feed updates are my favorite. Do you usually ask ramen joint owners/employees for a picture or only the ones worth returning to?
I'm making it a point to take more photos of people at ramen shops. It's a whole other side. I don't have a zoom lens though, so candid shots are tough.
